Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most of our clients give us an entry method and go about their day. Whatever makes you comfortable is fine with us. Just tell us your preference when you book.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring everything. If you have a product you love, or one you need us to avoid because of allergies or a special surface, write it in the notes and we will use yours instead.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Anaheim Hills and cover the northeast Orange County area out to Chino Hills. That includes Yorba Linda, Villa Park, Orange, Placentia, Brea, and nearby Diamond Bar and Corona. Not sure if you are in range? Ask us below.

How do I pay?

We sort out payment once your appointment is confirmed, so there is no charge just to request a date. We will walk you through the options when we call.

What if something is not right?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it. Nora built this business on word of mouth, and that only works when every home is left the way we would want our own.

Can I book the same cleaner every time?

For recurring visits, yes, we keep you with a consistent cleaner who learns your home. Everyone on the team is trained and checked by Nora herself.

How far ahead should I book?

A week or two is comfortable, especially for weekends. Need something sooner? Send us a note and we will see what we can do.
