CMEye logo

Turn raw pre-test, post-test, and evaluation files into grantor-ready CME outcomes reports, with the statistics, charts, and compliance language already done.

Drop in your meeting data. CMEye maps the columns, runs the paired t-tests, builds the charts, and hands back Word, PowerPoint, and Excel reports. Minutes, not the better part of a work week.

Runs in your browser · no install · light & dark themes

CMEye finished-run screen with one-click downloads for the pre/post, evaluation, and grantor reports, KPI tiles for participants, mean score change, and paired t-test p-value, and a violin-plot score distribution
Minutes Upload to a finished report bundle, not days of spreadsheet work
6+ Documents per meeting: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, plus a live dashboard
p < 0.05 Real statistics: paired t-tests and per-question significance, computed for you
ACCME Outcomes framed for accreditation: knowledge, competence, confidence, practice change

The outcomes report, without the all-nighter

Every CME meeting ends the same way: four or five exported files (an answer key, a pre-test, a post-test, an evaluation, sometimes a registration roster) and a deadline to turn them into an outcomes report a grantor will accept. By hand, that means matching questions across files, de-duplicating respondents, running the statistics yourself, rebuilding the same charts, then retyping all of it into Word and PowerPoint.

CMEye does that whole pipeline for you. Upload the files, confirm the column mapping it suggests, and run. It scores every question, runs the paired and per-question tests, rolls results up by learning objective and domain, measures confidence and practice-change shifts, profiles your audience, and renders the finished documents. Same inputs, same output, every time.

Step 1 · Upload

Drop the files. CMEye sorts them out.

Drag your key, pre-test, post-test, evaluation, and optional registration files onto one drop zone. It takes .xlsx, .xls, or .csv. CMEye recognizes each file by its shape and puts it in the right slot. Reopen a saved meeting and the earlier files come back, so you only swap the one that changed.

  • Single drop zone with automatic file detection
  • Required slots flagged, registration stays optional
  • Saved meetings reload instantly for re-runs

Step 2 · Mapping

Column mapping that suggests itself.

There’s no rigid template to fight. CMEye reads each file’s headers and proposes a match for every field it needs: email, degree, specialty, country, confidence, and each scored question. Confirm what it got right, fix anything it didn’t, and skip the fields you never collected.

  • Fuzzy header matching with editable dropdowns
  • Warns on missing or duplicated mappings before you run
  • Handles surveys that don’t collect every field

Step 3 · Analyze

Statistics and charts, computed and on screen.

The moment a run finishes, the dashboard fills in: pre/post participant counts, mean score change, the paired t-test p-value, and overall satisfaction across the top. Below, a violin-plot score distribution plots every participant’s pre and post score with the matched-pairs test spelled out (t = 13.34, p < 0.001), significance you can point to.

Every chart has its own copy and download buttons, so you can pull any single graph out as a PNG. Want the whole thing in one file? Export the full report, charts and all, as a PDF.

  • Headline KPIs: paired n, mean Δ, p-value, satisfaction
  • Score-distribution violin plots with individual points overlaid
  • Download any chart as a PNG, or the whole report as a PDF

Knowledge & confidence

Question by question, objective by objective.

See percent-correct before and after for every question, each with its own p-value, so you know which topics actually moved. Results roll up the way accreditation expects: by learning objective, and by the Knowledge and Competence domains.

Confidence gets the same treatment. CMEye tracks how sure clinicians feel about applying what they learned, before and after, on a five-point scale, and shows the swing as a diverging bar from Not Confident to Very Confident. It also maps that scale onto a 0 to 100 score, the format most grantors want to see.

  • Per-question pre/post bars with significance labels
  • Domain and learning-objective roll-ups
  • Confidence shift as a diverging Likert chart, plus a 0 to 100 score

Audience & impact

Who attended, and what they’ll change.

CMEye profiles your audience by degree and specialty, then captures the outcomes grantors ask about: the practice changes learners intend to make, the barriers in their way, and the patients they expect to help. Those Level 3 and Level 4 outcomes are what move a report from “they liked it” to “it changed practice.”

  • Degree and specialty distribution donuts
  • Practice-change intentions, ranked by share of learners
  • Barriers to change, on the ACCME-standard denominator

Across meetings

Trends that span your whole portfolio.

One meeting is a data point. A season is a story. The Trends view pools every meeting you’ve run, filterable by grantor and date, and charts score change, satisfaction, and participation over time, with pooled demographics and practice-change rates across the whole program.
