This is the official support page for everything published by TetraGammaTron Labs — the marketing site, the apps we ship, and the services we offer. Real bug reports, feature requests, accessibility issues, and business inquiries are all welcome.

What to use this page for

  • Bug reports, crashes, and unexpected behavior in any of our apps or on this site.
  • Feature requests and feedback on usability or accessibility.
  • Questions about pricing, free trials, or refunds (refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — see below).
  • Privacy requests — please say so clearly in your message so it can be prioritized correctly. Site-wide policy is in the Privacy Policy; app-specific policies (e.g. BurnGauge) are linked from there.
  • Business inquiries, partnerships, press, or contract work (CME grant writing, web design, AI promo, custom video engines).

App Store refunds

Refunds for any of our apps purchased through the Mac App Store or iOS App Store are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, and submit a refund request for the relevant app. If you also want to let us know what went wrong — especially if it’s a bug we should fix — the contact page is the place.

Before you send

The most useful messages include:

  • The product or page the message is about (BurnGauge, TankOdds, this website, etc.).
  • For an app: your platform and OS version, the app version, and which feature is affected.
  • For a site issue: the URL of the page and a short description of what looks wrong.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  • Whether the issue is reproducible, and the steps to reproduce it if so.
