CMExpo

A CME meeting runs on information that lives in six places at once: the agenda in a spreadsheet, faculty bios in a shared drive, session rooms in the venue’s system, attendance in a badge scanner, evaluations in a survey tool, and credit claims in whatever the accreditor requires. Attendees experience this as a printed program that was out of date the moment it went to the printer.

CMExpo puts the meeting in one place: a native iOS app for attendees, and a real API behind it so organizers and partners can push agendas, faculty, sessions, and attendee data from the systems they already run.

Where it fits with CMEye

CMExpo captures what happened at the meeting. CMEye turns that into the outcomes report the grantor is waiting for: pre/post analysis, effect sizes, charts, plus formatted deliverables.

Running both closes the loop that usually breaks: the evaluation data captured on-site arrives in the reporting tool already structured, rather than as a CSV somebody has to clean by hand three weeks after the meeting ended.

Custom, not off the shelf

CMExpo is built per organizer. The lab does the integration work against the systems you already use rather than asking you to migrate onto a platform. That means the scope of an engagement depends on your meeting: a single conference, a season of them, or an ongoing partnership with API access for your own developers.

The medical-education work at TetraGammaTron Labs is led by an MD-PhD who serves as Chief Science Officer at iVista Medical Education and has authored a multi-meeting CME proposal portfolio across retina, glaucoma, diabetic macular edema, presbyopia, ophthalmic imaging, and robotic plastic surgery.
