By using this website or any TetraGammaTron Labs application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the software.
Use of the site and tools
The website and the informational content here are provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may not use the site to distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, scrape at a volume that degrades service for others, or misrepresent the lab’s work as your own.
Applications distributed through the Apple App Store or other stores are additionally governed by that store’s terms, and by any license agreement included with the application.
No warranty on simulations, statistics, or estimates
The simulations, probabilities, and statistical outputs produced by this site and its software (including but not limited to TankOdds models and CMEye reports) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates produced by models that rest on stated assumptions. They are not guarantees, and they are not predictions of any specific future outcome.
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, wagering, legal, or investment advice. Do not make a bet, a purchase, or a business decision solely on the basis of a number produced here.
Not medical advice
TetraGammaTron Labs produces software and written materials for accredited continuing medical education and for research workflows. None of this content is medical advice, and none of it establishes a physician-patient relationship. Content authored by an MD-PhD is educational in nature. Clinical decisions must rest with the treating clinician and the relevant standard of care. Laboratory tools such as SpliTTime and MoleMixr are calculation aids. The user remains responsible for verifying every result before applying it to an experiment or a patient.
Professional services
Grant writing, biostatistics, consulting, research collaboration, and custom development engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between the lab and the client. The descriptions of services on this site are informational and do not by themselves constitute an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any particular outcome, including explicitly that any grant application will be funded.
Intellectual property
The site design, source code, written content, logos, and the names TetraGammaTron Labs, CMEye, CMExpo, BurnGauge, SpliTTime, MoleMixr, and FlowForge are the property of TetraGammaTron Labs. Published research papers remain governed by the licenses of their respective open-access journals. You may quote and link to content on this site with attribution.
Third-party links
This site links to external resources, including TankOdds, journal publishers, and app stores. TetraGammaTron Labs does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site and software are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TetraGammaTron Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the software, or any estimate or figure produced by them.
